So, what’s going on in London this week for our students?
If you don’t already know, SGI has the best social programme for foreign students studying English in London. And these cool events happen every day! 🙂
If you are at the school right now, make sure that you come along and try out the social programme events. They start at about 3:15pm most days (see below for exact times) and most events are free.
It’s a really excellent way to meet other people in the school and to practise your English in a natural setting.
Monday 9th Feb: Meet & Greet
Meet teacher, Ben at the school door at 3pm
Drink and chat with Ben and other students from all around the world – it’s a great way to start the week and make sure that you don’t have any Monday/February blues!
Tuesday 10th Feb: Cats Theatre/Musical Trip
Meet teacher Owen outside the school front door at 7pm
The musical, CATS by Andrew Lloyd Webber is one of the most successful London shows of all time. Come along for a visual and musical feast.

Wednesday 11th Feb: British Museum
Meet teacher, Simon in front of the school at 3:15pm
The British Museum is simply just one of the best cultural/educational things about London. Everyone will find something in this enormous collection of historical artefacts to amaze them. This is a socail programme trip that our SGI students always say is really, really good. Don’t miss it.
Thursday 12th Feb: Camden and Amy Winehouse Walk
Meet teacher Owen and (dog) Jess outside the school front door at 3:15pm

The walk finishes at the house where Amy Winehouse lived and died.
