The Standard English Course includes 3 hours of classroom study each morning from Monday to Friday. Importantly, this course helps students quickly achieve more confidence with English, communicate more effectively in the language and also have plenty of time to practise what they learn in London.

Intensive English Mini-Group

The Intensive English Mini-Group course has 4 hours of classroom study each day from Monday to Friday. As well as morning lessons, you will make rapid progress in a small group of like-minded learners (average class size 6) in your communication skills class in the afternoon. This course is ideal for students who want an intensive learning experience with substantial personal help from our teachers.

Students atteding this course still have plenty of time to enjoy the culture and history of London. See our social and cultural activity programme to get the full benefits from your course.

What will I do on the English course?

The lessons give you both the opportunity to improve your all-round English language ability and develop your fluency and communication skills in the afternoon mini-group.
The course encourages you to get fully-involved in all your lessons. Our excellent teachers approach and plan the morning and afternoon classes with a view to making your classroom experience memorable and stimulating
The afternoon mini-group offers an exciting range of activities from discussions of issues and topics such as travel, film, culture and politics, through to project work based around internet and media research tasks all expanding vocabulary and developing confidence.

Our English Combination courses integrate group study during the morning (09.15-12.30) with one-to-one English lessons in the afternoon starting at 13.00.

Dynamic and engaging group classes to help you develop your ability in contemporary English, along with individual lessons that fully focus on your specific needs.
Tailored to you as a unique individual - Combo 5, Combo 10 or Combo 15.
You will receive a comprehensive review of progress with clear advice and guidance.
You can expect to develop your confidence in using and speaking English as well as working on aspects of your English that are in need of special focus.

Students take the Intensive English mini-group course during the day until 15.00 and then attend a daily individual lesson from 15.15 to 16.00 from Monday to Friday

Individual English lessons in London are ideal for students who need to maximise their progress during a short stay in London. Designed to be effective, stimulating and practical, the content of these one-to-one courses are personalised to the individual, following a detailed pre-course needs analysis and language assessment.

Various individual tuition courses are available, including:

The Semi-Intensive Course: A half-day course of 20 lessons per week (15 hours) , choose either the morning or afternoon to study
The Crash Course: A full-day course of 40 lessons per week (30 hours): Course timetable 09.15 to 16.45
The Immersion course: A full-day course of 50 lessons per week ( 37.5 hours): Course timetable 09.15 to 17.30. Includes lunch with tutor.
