Both types of rooms are fully furnished with private bathroom, small double beds, TV screen, wardrobe with extra storage space and a desk with chair that is ideal for working from. The student residence offers a range of stunning communal areas such as: sauna & spa room, games room, Cinema room, library, secret garden, rooftop terrace, reception with lobby, study area and events space. With cancellations made 15 working days or more prior to arrival, monies paid will be refunded less an accommodation finding fee of £50. Refunds, where applicable, may take up to 14 days.
