With a maximum of 12 participants on a General English Evening Course, students are able to enjoy a very high degree of participation and involvement in their classes. This ensures all students improve their communication skills and become more confident in their use of Standard English both socially and at work. English Pronunciation Course
The key objective of our evening English Pronunciation course is to enable students to speak English more confidently. The teachers cover the most commonly occurring issues and guide students through various tactics and techniques to improve their English accent.
The course typically runs on Tuesdays for two hours ( 6.30 – 8.30pm)Â once a week over a six week period. Â
With a maximum of 8 participants on a course, students are guaranteed a very high level of personal attention and participation.Â
To overcome the complications of English pronunciation, the course has been designed so that the maximum amount of class time possible is given over to practical activities. The small class size means all students have the opportunity to get fully involved in the classes no matter what their level of difficulty with English so ensuring they make significant progress with their accent problems.

Academic English Evening Course
Our Academic English Writing Evening Course in London is for students who intend to study or currently study at a British university or further education college and need to improve their formal writing skills.
This 4-week evening course is held 18.30 – 20.30 on Mondays and Wednesdays, and with a maximum of 10 participants on a course, students are guaranteed a very good level of personal attention from our experienced and knowledgeable teachers.Â
The key objective of the course is to improve students’ Academic English writing. Typically the main need is to improve the ability to write essays of sometimes considerable length. With academic writing in English, it is important students get better at writing in a formal objective way. This is reflected in the use of the passive and objective/scientific vocabulary and phrases. These are common features of academic English writing, as is the need for clear structuring of the content from introduction to conclusion.

- Study the 'process approach' to writing - including brainstorming, planning and drafting
- Focus on the micro-skills of writing: effective introductions & conclusions, communicating ideas clearly, using evidence to support ideas, and learning more complex sentence structures
